Booking Policy
- Any cancellation within 12 hours of appointment time will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total service booked (discretion will be applied).
- Super Late cancellation (within 2 hours of booking time) will also be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total service booked.
- Emergencies will be considered case by case.
- No shows with failure to contact will be subject to 100% fee of the total service booked
- If you show up very late and we can no longer complete the service within the original appointment time frame, you will be subject to a full charge of total service booked.
- If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance.
- Group booking of 3 people or more, a deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required at the time of reservation. The deposit can be made through our accepted payment methods, which will be communicated to you during the booking process. Once the deposit is received, your group booking will be confirmed, and the reserved time slot or service will be allocated to you.
***** Important Notice *****
- Pregnancy massages are available for clients who are beyond their first trimester (12 weeks) and have obtained approval from their healthcare provider. Please make sure that you put a clear note or inform the receptionist prior making appointment.
- Booking for remedial (with rebate health funds) massage requires at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancel or reschedule for remedial or pregnancy massage appointment requires at least 24 hours before the original booking time.
